Select 'My Concepts' on the Home page and the concept type you would like to create e.g. Product
Click on 'Action' and select 'Create product concept'
Add Concept Details. All mandatory fields have to be completed
Upload Images and Files to the concept
Message will display that your concept has been created successfully
An approval code will be assigned to the Concept and display under the Concept name
A concept can only be edited up until the point it has been submitted to your Licensor
To makes changes click on 'Update'
Make changes to Attributes, Images and Files
Once the Concept is ready to share with your Licensor for Review click on 'Submit'
Your Concept is now visible to your Licensor for review and the status now displays as 'Submitted'
If your concept Approval is URGENT you can use the below button once a concept has been submitted
It will then display as below and the Licensor will receive an email notification stating that this concept approval needs urgent review
Then follow the concept approval flow until the product is approved by the Licensor and the Licensee can start production
