Xelacore has the ability to hold all comments/conversation and additional files so that you have a full audit trail against every Concept through the different stages of approval.
If the recipient has email notifications enabled (by default) they will be alerted with an email including any messages or files posted against a Concept
From a link in the email notification you will be able to to access the Concept directly on Xelacore to respond or view.
The messaging function will only appear once a Concept has been submitted to the Licensor, and is displaying as 'Submitted'
To add messages use 'Type message here' then Post Message
You can also add attachments/files here related to the message that will then display against this Concept
All conversation and files will be recorded and visible to the Licensee and Licensor until the Concept is fully approved, rejected or withdrawn. At that point the concept is locked and cannot be modified or comments added by either party.
You can use the search functionality next to the status to search for a particular comment.
If you do not wish to receive email notifications about a particular Concept you can use the below Icon to Stop Watching
We would suggest keeping this email function turned on so you're automatically aware of any changes to concepts and/or messages that may require your action.
